Heinz is Threatening America With a Disgusting New Condiment Called Mayochup and the Internet is Shook

A condiment “Mayochup” is already available in places like the Middle East, but Heinz plans to unleash it on U.S. consumers if the product gets 500,000 “yes” votes on Twitter in the next few days. What a time to be alive, eh?

Voting is currently running about 55% in favor, but short of the company's threshold for unleashing this condiment on us.

Mayochup, if you hadn’t put it together, is an unfortunately-named, pre-mixed mayonnaise-ketchup combo made by Heinz. I know what you’re thinking…couldn’t you just make it on your own if you wanted some? I mean, I suppose, but you could say that about 1000’s of food innovators over the years, too.

Did the fear of you making your own fried chicken stop the Colonel? Exactly. Guy Fieri and his signature Donkey Sauce?

I tell my kids all the time, you have to put yourself out there. Take risks. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. So kudos to Heinz for sticking their corporate necks out there with their Mayochup.

My only question is, when’s the last time you put ketchup and mayonnaise together on anything?
